How the numbers work

This calculator is built on the model Podcast Growth Studio uses with real B2B clients. A 45 to 60 minute conversation contains, on average, 8 to 12 standalone ideas. Each idea can become more than one format: a short video, a written post, a carousel, a quote graphic. Run the full process and one episode yields roughly 30 to 34 distribution-ready assets.

The "production hours" figure reflects what it honestly takes to repurpose one episode to a publishable standard in-house: about 12 to 18 hours across extraction, production, captions, and scheduling. That number is why most hosts never close the gap on their own.

These are planning estimates, not guarantees. The point is the shape of the gap, not a number to the decimal. For the full method behind it, read the complete guide to podcast content repurposing.
